Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your email account, password, and verification codes secure. Do not share passwords or verification codes with Mealyn support or anyone else.

Your Content

Mealyn lets you save meal photos and related journal information. You keep ownership of the content you add, and you give Mealyn permission to host, process, display, and back it up so the app can work for you.

Only upload content that you have the right to use and that does not violate another person's privacy or rights.

AI-Assisted Features

Mealyn may use AI to help describe food photos or supplement meal details. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so it should be treated as a draft journal aid rather than a factual guarantee.

Service Regions

Mealyn may route your account and feature requests through a regional service environment based on the App Store storefront, device locale, or the region selected during registration. Some features, providers, or processing locations may vary by region.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Mealyn may offer paid plans such as Plus through in-app purchases. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and your Apple ID settings. Paid features become available only after the purchase is verified and linked to your Mealyn account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Mealyn to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not try to access another user's account, media, or private data.
• Do not interfere with Mealyn services, security controls, or infrastructure.

Availability and Changes

Mealyn may change, pause, or remove features as the product develops. We aim to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

Account Suspension or Deletion

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or abuse the service. You may request account deletion by contacting support@mealyn.net.
